Minimum 5 years experience in a sales focused role, with management oversight and responsibilities strongly preferred.
Management of all POINT3 inside and outside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed established individual and departmental goals.
Highly organized, detail oriented and comfortable with budget management principles.
Experience with team uniform, sporting goods and/or apparel sales preferred.
Willing to travel on occasion (1-2x per month especially during March-July) as part of your job responsibilities.
Recruit, train and supervise new POINT3 sales reps focused on both inside and outside sales.

The team is responsible for researching and identifying potential customers, developing relationships with key decision makers, and presenting and demonstrating products and services.
