Junior It Support Jobs in Indiana

Responsible for opening, updating, tracking, and closing tickets in the ticket management system while supporting users across multiple time zones

Up to 1 year of IT support experience or equivalent education

Actively and independently preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services

General knowledge of Windows 10/11

Strong oral and written communication skills required

General knowledge on other industry standard software such as Autodesk and Adobe products

Experience working closely with service providers and delegating operational activities to them, as directed by a director or manager

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to

2-3 years’ experience in infrastructure services or infrastructure analysis, deployment and support

Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, trends and best practices

Knowledge of ITIL processes and metrics

Maintain a solid understanding of the Service Providers’ operational and service delivery capabilities and processes "

2+ years of customer service experience

2 years of experience with ticketing system

2 years of experience supporting Windows applications

Knowledge of an enterprise network infrastructure, including Active Directory and Group Policies

Providing remote customer support via multiple methods.
