Review testing documentation, develop testing standards, define criteria for testing, analyze test results, and present results to developers.

Ø Should have experience with test/defect management tools like Rally and qTest

Ø Should have worked on Source Code Management tools like Git, GitLab or equivalent

Ø Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, understands how to work around critical situations

Ø Exposure and experience of working in Agile SDLC methodology will be preferred

Ø Good hold on writing SQL statements

Ø Proficient in core java and selenium web driver

Experience with BDD testing paradigm and one of the Behavior Driven Testing frameworks such as Spock or JBehave or Cucumber

Support the team for all releases and communicate issues to product in timely manner

Deliver tools to help test integration with 3rd party services (Payment Rails, SMS/Email, KYC (know your customer), Analytics, etc.)

Discharges any other duties assigned by the management and leadership teams

Performs PR reviews and builds the cross-team and cross-platform end-to-end knowledge

Hands-on experience in paired programming and automated acceptance test driven development (ATDD) is a plus

Experience in setting-up the app development environment, both frontend and backend, on local machine in the Docker and Kubernetes environment

Hands-on experience writing, augmenting, and maintaining Java based unit tests using Spring, Junit, or equivalent framework

Knowledge of WebdriverIO, Axios or equivalent frameworks using JavaScript/Typescript

Manage test coverage based on risk analysis

Execute tests, manage defects, participate in RCAs and maintain quality of the product

5+ years of experience in Automation Testing using Java/Javascript

4+ Years of experience with Selenium Webdriver or Webdriver IO

2+ years’ experience with API Automation using Rest-assured or similar tools

Experience on mobile automation using appium

Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to refine project requirements and specifications.

Minimum 1 year of work experience - Remote (US/Canada residing people only, with work permit)
