Review applicant pools and conduct preliminary pre-screens for potential candidates using given qualifications
Review resumes, interview candidates via phone, and develop diverse slates of candidates and finalists for manager consideration
Heavy scheduling for Associate Director and other hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruitment process
