Job Description of Junior Payroll Coordinator The Junior Payroll Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the payroll department by performing a variety of payroll-related tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as providing excellent customer service to employees. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll systems
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Experience with payroll software
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll systems
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Understanding of payroll deductions and withholdings
• Understanding of payroll tax filing requirements
