The Junior-Level Analyst has extensive knowledge and understanding of FOIA and processing

Expertise in computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and FOIA Xpress

FOIA Request Processing and Consultation

Process responsive records using electronic tools.

Understand how to use the electronic tools, including marking and applying redactions.

Consult with functional leaders and Senior Management on complex business issues and provide strategic recommendations on potential resolutions or risk mitigations

Maintain knowledge of industry innovations and best practices to support company growth

Priority Setting – you define clear action steps and manage expectations of others

Minimum 1+ years’ relevant experience developing budgets and forecasting

Detailed management of all headcount related cost including requisition tracking and related financial impact

2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, operations or similar field

MS Office experience required, specifically, strong Excel skills.

BS degree in accounting, finance, operations or similar field of study

Experience with communicating with management in a clear and succinct manner, written and/or verbally

Knowledge of financial coding requirements, such as application of project coding to various types of project costs.

Determines cash flow requirements based on project scope, duration, completion, and established pay guidelines and liaise with our Finance partner.

Prepares presentations, presents project information to execution and project management teams.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Experience supporting the accounting efforts for capital projects (cost distribution and variance analyses)

Develop a thorough understanding of the business to provide thoughtful input for management decision making.

Support the finance and accounting organization as needed for month-end close, annual audit, statutory reporting and external reporting requirements.

2+ years of FP&A, Accounting or Finance experience in the SaaS or software industry.

A Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.

Develop, publish and speak to KPI’s and metrics to measure and manage the company.

Bachelor of Administration (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
