Junior Financial Analyst Level I Jobs in Florida

Manage and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Apply critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions within the financial systems.

A maximum of 5 years of experience post-college.

Must be proficient in Excel and have database skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

Develops, refines, and operationalizes risk management policies and procedures related to revenue protection

Performs financial analyses as required by management or regulatory bodies

Prepares PowerPoint presentations to be provided to Senior and Executive Management

Engages with external parties to respond to inquiries, gain market knowledge and provide resolutions

Provides financial analysis support for various projects, calculating revenue requirements, net present value, customer bill impact, etc.

Bachelor's - Accounting / Finance

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification

Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP)

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification

If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.

Prepare various monthly/quarterly analytical reports for management and Corporate finance

Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.

Prepare monthly Management reports, including but not limited to budget vs actual analysis, sales metrics, cash flow and GL analysis.

Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations

1 year financial/accounting experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
