Key Responsibilities of the Junior Events Manager:

Manage enquiries in a timely manner and convert into confirmed bookings

Follow up with clients after events to ensure exceptional customer experience

2+ year’s event planning experience, preferably within the restaurant industry

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and meet other physical requirements of this role

Exceptional analytic, project management and organizational skills; the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines

Guest list management and uploading, coordination with internal and external teams for seamless guest arrival process

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.

Own back-end guest badge and security process, including vehicle clearance, arrivals and departures within Experience Square

Manage external guest arrivals and check-in, problem solve in real time for last minute additions/exceptions

Display NYSE ceremonial gifts and manage supply and production of items

Tactical applications include helping develop an overarching activation plan, developing & managing a programtimeline,recruiting,training&managingeventstaff,researchingeventstrackingperformance, event reporting, etc.

Cultivate strong internal relationships with the Ad Operations department, Creative Solutions department, Marketing department, and Finance department

Check in with internal departments to obtain performance updates and discuss possible optimization requirements

2-3 years of media experience in the digital advertising landscape

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel both internally and externally

Excellent written and verbal skills

Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Track, analyze, and manage your sales projections on a daily and weekly basis

Experience in a customer-facing, high octane environment is required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
