Strong knowledge of MS Office products and reporting tools (such as PowerBI, etc.).

Experience in an Agile Environment (using Jira, Confluence)

Experience working with Oracle Web Commerce (ATG / Endeca/BoomReach) is a big plus.

Idependently identify, research, and resolve open design questions.

Technical understanding of complex Enterprise Web and Mobile Application development and deployment concepts

Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues

•Participate with Product Owner and Product Grooming processes.

Familiarity with project management principles and tools is beneficial.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet business requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Experience writing formal BA deliverables, such as business requirement documents, data dictionaries and technical requirement

2 plus years of business analysis experience

Experience with Salesforce a plus

Experience with large-scale software implementations or custom software applications a plus

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good analytical and problem solving skills
