Prepare footage for edits, pulling shots, and cutting down footage for offline edit

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Send out meeting invitations, reserve meeting rooms, and ensure all necessary resources are available.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide general administrative assistance, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings and events.

Assist in running personal errands for executives, including picking up/dropping off items, making reservations, and other tasks as needed.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere with extensive knowledge

Uprezzing footage for client finish

Perform isolated media management and project archiving duties as needed.

Knowledge of different broadcast and digital formats.

Must have basic compression knowledge.

Must have working knowledge of Frame.io.

Must have problem-solving skills and perseverance to help resolve technical issues that may arise.

One to two years of work experience required.

At least two years of experience in the comic book, print publishing, or related field preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.

Knowledge of comics required (ideally DC Comics), with preference given to those who understand the comic book industry.

Must have the ability to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.

Assists the Collected Editions team with the creation of bookmaps and text for Collected Editions (CE) books from previously published material.

2nd Wardrobe Assistant- Less than 5 years’ experience is acceptable.

Wardrobe Assistants (2nd Wardrobe Assistant)

Help maintain a shared media storage and asset management environment.

2 - 3 years of assistant editing experience at a studio, network or post production facility.

Extensive knowledge of Resolve, Avid Media Composer, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Extensive knowledge of codecs, image types, file formats, resolutions and frame rates.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills as well as juggling competing priorities and changing expectations.

Knowledge and interest in current trends in video and post-production technology.
