2+ years work experience. Knowledge of annuities and life insurance is a plus

Hybrid work schedule – 2 days at home, 3 days in-office

Receive and review annuity applications that are missing information, i.e.: forms, signatures, and contract requirements prior to calling customer contacts.

Conduct regular follow ups with Financial Professionals or back office support staff on all outstanding requirements within published timeframes.

Review documents for accuracy and identify all pending requirements to eliminate multiple call outs to Financial Professionals.

Audit I-9 forms and supporting documentation via a third-party on-line application for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements.

Prepare I-9 exception reporting and notify department managers of noncompliant employees

Log I-9 audit and E-verification results into internal applications to track compliance and identify exceptions.

Process court orders in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner; certifying they meet all legal requirements while honoring confidentiality.

Effectively work with arresting officers, detainees, court personnel, state and federal agencies.

Generate official legal records as well as update those records as new information is received.

Determine appropriate court and jurisdiction for all charges, warrants, commitments, detainers, holds and jail release agreements.

Set and process bails, bonds, and fines.

Combined education and experience qualifications:

An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Experience as a Judicial Branch Security Officer may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis.

Three (3) years of clerical and/or administrative experience

Incumbent must obtain a State-wide Court Security Officer certification and maintain that certification annually.

Incumbent must obtain certification as a Basic Life Safety, and CPR/AED provider within six months of hire.
