What We Are Looking For

Knowledge of the practices, procedures and policies of calendaring, case flow management and jury management.

Ensures compliance with and manages pretrial and trial requirements.

Modifies status of cases on case management system based on information received from parties.

Additional experience may be substituted, year for year, for education.

Coordinates court proceedings, and court participants, including: Defendants, Attorneys, Judges, Clerks, Jurors, witnesses, interpreters, law enforcement, and Jail Transport.

Manages, tracks and maintains information regarding pending caseload and prepares tracking reports. Evaluates case status, recommends and/or implements appropriate action.

Communicate daily with restaurant manager with regard to special events, house counts, etc.

Food & Beverage knowledge required

Make inspection rounds ensuring organization, cleanliness, proper maintenance, adequate supplies

Monitor staff adherence to all service standards, SOPs and Loews SOPs, including inspecting staff for correct Uniform/Groom standards

Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.

Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management

Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management

Up selling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).

Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.

Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so

Help the management team run and organize on-shift efforts

Assist management team with daily duties

No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.

Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests

Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling

Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.

Weekly pay through direct deposit

1st shift Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM

2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30PM to 11:00PM

3rd shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:30PM to 7:00AM

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day

Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves

Ability to work in hot and damp environments
