SAGE Dining Services® is seeking Dishwashers for a private boarding school dining hall located in Arden, NC.

We are open from 8 AM until 8:30 PM daily and have full-time and part-time schedules available.

What You'll Do

• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Rotate products in inventory.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
• Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
• Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
• Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
• Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
• Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.

What You'll Need

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
