Must have enterprise-level Agile and organizational change management experience

Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to implement systems features that enable Agile software delivery

Manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines

Collaborate with the customer's IT department to understand their specific requirements and project management processes.

Proven expertise in assessing, configuring, and customizing Jira to meet specific project management requirements.

Identify areas of improvement and recommend best practices for utilizing Jira for project management.

Customize and configure Jira to align with the customer's unique project management workflows and needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Jira with other systems and tools used for project management.

In-depth knowledge of Jira's features, configurations, and administration capabilities.
