Item Master Data Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data management and/or business expertise.

Strong analytical and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.

Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Coordinates and validates out-sourced work as part of Master Data Management.

Exhibits proficiency with data governance/management concepts.

Manages medium to large projects and/or cross functional, gives direction to data analysts as needed.

Responsible for the management of contracted price files with mangers and submitted prices files to their systems (GHX, Prodogo, iLab, PeopleSoft)

Experience in a clinical setting

Working knowledge of, Peoplesoft and GHX.

Experience managing contracted price files, inventory item master data information, and vendor master data within PeopleSoft.

Help manage vendor master data and ensuring all information is accurate.

A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field

Confirm contract requirements (e.g., extend fee schedule to product, establish new contract or vendor).

Conversion opportunities, and cost saving initiatives;

Provide INFOR item record crosswalks for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, UOM, and required attributes;

Unique items. Review product categories/products and related attributes for conversion and separate into three categories:

Items to be converted but need clinical/value analysis approval; and

Product is unique and needs to be built in INFOR.

Minimum experience or equivalent education: 5 years of purchasing, inventory control/management, materials input, or warehousing experience.

Knowledge and skill to organize, plan, manage, execute, and evaluate projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Proficiency with data governance/management concepts.

Manage small to medium and/or cross-functional projects. Communicate project progress and milestones to the Senior Data Manager.

Experience Creating NGSS (3-dimensiotional Standards) Aligned Content Preferred

Experience Writing Quality Summative Assessment Items Preferred
