Inventory Data Entry Jobs

Create and manage data analytics to improve and control inventory accuracy

Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed

Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices

Conduct receiving audits and resolve discrepancies

Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies

Cycle count support and reconciliation

Powerful presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint design knowledge.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel and SQL.

Strong analytical problem solving skills.

Experience with data BI tools. (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)

Enforces Motion's inventory policies and procedures in daily communication with field leadership.

Understands data governance and control distribution of company inventory data points.

Knowledge and Experience with Advanced Formulas in Excel (Required)

Punctuality and focus on timely delivery is a requirement

High School Diploma and 1+ years experience in a related field or work experience is a must

Strong analytical mind to analyze patterns and automate

Highly organized workflows and detail oriented

Comfortable using new software and reporting glitches

Advanced capabilities in Excel including formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables

Building seasonality curves within the A&R system for peak seasons and promotional activities

The day-to-day allocation needs and efficiently and accurately respond to quick changes

Executing on replenishment as business rules dictate, synthesizing data sets to analyze a replenishment methodology

A talent for building positive working relationships with associates at various levels and cross functional areas of the organization

Flexibility in work hours and the willingness to support on evenings, weekends and holidays if needed

Notifies management about ordering stock shortages. Escalates any issues to management.

Entry Level Inventory Manager Responsibilities:

Knowledge of human resource principles and practices

Ensure invoice matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed

Manages data entry into Dutchie and METRC

Completes other assignments, tasks and duties as assigned by management

Previous experience in data entry position is required

Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory

Oversee that METRC and Dutchie platforms are being accurately managed and maintained for accuracy of data

Ensure invoice matches manifest description; escalate to management to ensure corrective action is taken when needed
