Implementing mechanisms to evaluate spoken English for students whose speaking scores on standardized tests do not meet the program requirements
Providing ongoing support for students to improve speaking skills
Communicating with departments and educational units across campus about the ITA Program
Experience teaching English to speakers of other languages;
Experience in training teachers to recognize issues arising from intercultural communication required;

Project management experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
Six or more years of related work experience, preferably in the fields of international relations or international development
Written and oral Spanish language communication skills, demonstrated by a proficiency test or evaluation. Fluency in another language a plus.
International experience (either studying or working) strongly preferred, particularly in the Americas
Proven business development and/or fundraising experience a plus.
Knowledge of international, regional and bilateral trade and standardization policy issues and positions a plus.
