Experience in global payroll models, knowing & understanding the players, different models and core offerings important to employers

Strong presentation and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively drive consensus in cross functional groups

Execute framework for pricing, contracting & partnership expansion evaluation as defined by International Partnership leadership team

Support prospect calls for assigned markets as needed

Bachelor’s degree from accredited school (MBA preferred)

Cross cultural communication in working with cultures across the globe

Minimum 5 years’ experience in CPG brand management, product management, or innovation roles

International brand marketing experience, with a focus in APAC preferred.

VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) industry experience strongly preferred.

You’ll need the following (minimum qualifications):

Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:

· Build monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans in line with budget and revenue growth goals.

Support and coordinate budget setting, monitoring, and re-forecasting activities in partnership with Senior Humanitarian Manager and technical leads.

Significant experience in supporting project operations in an international NGO environment.

Ability to adopt a pro-active approach to problem solving working closely with senior colleagues as required and offering solutions as appropriate.

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, fluent in English.

Knowledge of the global humanitarian environment/context, and sector wide initiatives

Provide administrative support during team and project recruitment processes, and lead onboarding and orientation of new and transitioning team members.

Adequate knowledge of learning management systems

Support the Training Program Manager on delivery-specific tasks to support large-scale, in-person trainings. Including:

Booking Catering for Singapore OR the United Kingdom campus deliveries and accommodating dietary requirements of attendees

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage time

Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
