International Operations Officer Jobs

Support Global Operations Team to help resolve all supply-chain queries arising from Distributor and Subsidiary markets with the support of Management.

Receivable Management: Ensure Distributor accounts always operate within their credit terms and limits.

Assist DHL terminal staff to timely resolve any issues causing disruptions to production or impacting the customer experience

Provide data for cost accruals to Finance each month and audit vendor invoices

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field and/or relevant experience.

Ensure a seamless operation by collaborating with our vendors to resolve network issues

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Establish roadmap of continuous improvement efforts across the international organization to build capabilities to enable our strategies.

Jointly manage portfolio strategy with with all international markets.

Lead the development and implementation of Marketing, M&A, and International growth strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term objectives.

Harnessing insights from data and research to drive informed decision-making.

Providing analysis and thought leadership for International M&A strategy.

Previous office management, executive assistant, business management or similar experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Office Management and Team Coordination:

Manage ICAN subscriptions and access to digital platforms, apps, media, etc.

Ability to work remotely, based in the Washington D.C./Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area with existing permission to work in the United States.

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or at least 5 years of professional experience.

Experience in advanced combat skills

Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)

Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA , including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation

Minimum of 8 years of active duty experience

Experience serving in combat and conducting combat operations; multiple tours, particularly in leadership positions, are highly desired

Foreign language, foreign travel, and area knowledge

6+ years of experience as an Operations Officer

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

A track record of donor advocacy including leveraging resources, learning events and knowledge sharing and experience with events planning.

A minimum of 8 years’ experience leading social justice strategies

Knowledge of ethnic and racial justice social justice issues

Knowledge of intersectional and feminist theory and analysis in the US and around the world

Ability to work collaboratively within the team, possess good writing and communication skills, exhibit good time management and relationship management skills.

Experience working in Financial Services preferred

International Settlements or Euroclear experience a plus

4-6 years’ work experience as a department director or similar position with demonstrated management/leadership skills and abilities.

Extremely proficient technology skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and relational databases and software (eg. CRM/ERP)

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

Execute sales targets with DCS and FMS customers.

Supervise and execute deal strategy across multiple complex domains.

Work with senior management and participate in executive meetings

FMC rate filing and contract management

Manage a team of people who handle the whole shipment process

Manage vendor development and relationships, recruit accordingly to develop and maintain relationships

Participate in problem resolution with sales, finance and operations

Minimum 10 years' experience in the industry, including experience with air and ocean freight forwarding.
