Risk management is remediated or identified in a timely manner

Managing the inventory of the portfolio

Making sure law firms are in compliance with governance

Proficient in using compliance management software and tools.

Conduct regular compliance audits to assess the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas of improvement.

Collaborate with external regulatory agencies, auditors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance or a related field, preferably in a healthcare organization.

Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HITECH Act.

Experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.

Manage course enrollment; send out registration forms and follow up reminders to employees

Build out and back up course modules in Paycom system

Serve as a main point of contact for employees and their training-related employees, over phone and email

Oversee all course-related compliance and reporting

Participate in Vendor Management review of new and existing vendors

Previous experience in onboarding foreign clients and conducting holistic EDD reviews of high risk foreign clients.

Working knowledge of compliance analysis and reporting with the ability to identify and affect appropriate risk and control mechanisms.

7+ years exp. in AML, Experience in Financial Services, Bank, brokerage and trust transactional reviews

Experience using Actimize and Regulatory DataCorp (RDC)

Develop and lead AML analysts, including providing coaching and supporting team culture and dynamics, to meet high performance standards.

Perform and/or support the department as directed by department management.

Bachelor of Science in a technical science-related field of study or international affairs/relations plus 8-10 years of relevant experience, MS desired.

3+ years experience in BSA/AML or Fraud related work

Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.

Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in the field of compliance.

Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ability to articulate complex issues and themes to management and strong communication skillset.

Manage tax planning scenarios and quantify tax impact on global tax positions including foreign tax credit optimization.

Manage and provide guidance to a direct report who prepares most of the analyses.

Provide necessary information with SOX 404 requirements, maintenance, and documentation.

Experience in public accounting and/or industry a plus but not mandatory.

Knowledge of withholding tax forms such as Form 1042 / Form 8804, etc.

Analyze licensing requirements for new states as directed by the Expansion Team when identifying new markets

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office, data analysis, and Google Apps

Math Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
