Additionally, they must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the splicing and termination process. Job Skill Requirements Internal Splicers must have a strong knowledge of fiber optics, as well as the tools and equipment used in the splicing and termination process. They must also be able to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. Additionally, they must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
