Overview The Interim Vice President of Provider Recruitment is responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding of providers for a healthcare organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top quality providers, as well as managing the provider recruitment process. Detailed Job Description The Interim Vice President of Provider Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top quality providers. This includes developing and executing recruitment plans, managing the provider recruitment process, and ensuring that providers meet the organization’s standards for quality and performance. The Interim Vice President of Provider Recruitment is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with providers and other healthcare organizations.
