At least 2 years experience working for an Advertising/Marketing agency

2+ years' experience in Interaction, Information & Visual Design for Business or Enterprise dashboards, and applications for desktop and mobile

Experience using UX tools for wireframing and prototyping, user research and testing, organizing information, analytics, and metrics

Experience with UX design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) or design software (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Design user interfaces for various platforms including mobile, web, and desktop.

Create interfaces from concept and work with front-end developers to deliver the interface.

Ability to dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per week and participate in the development of projects.

Interest in pursuing or entering the design field.

1-3 years in website development/management and/or user interface/user experience design (UI/UX)

Experience with rapid prototyping to show product flows, facilitate shared understanding and directly collect guest feedback.

Working knowledge of lean, agile product delivery, MVP, optimization tests and workflow tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, VersionOne, etc.

Excels as a deadline oriented conceptual and visual thinker, with a broad toolset for organization and communicating complex ideas.

Collaborate with the creative team to improve the overall user experience/interface design

Conduct user experience research to provide strategy behind design choices

Strong working knowledge of Adobe XD and Illustrator

Strong understanding of user experience strategy preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Background in graphic design or related skills is a plus

Requires advanced working knowledge of and experience with the Articulate Storyline product

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the area of eLearning design
