Innovation Engineer Jobs

4 - 6 years of R&D and Operations Experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Prefer major in Chemical Engineering or Food Process Engineering.

Has had leadership experience in a big scale project.

Working knowledge in IIM and RCA (root cause analysis).

Process development and/or process deployment ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods environment

Leading project teams and influencing cross-functional teams

Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the process requirements for configuration management (reviews and approvals)

Act as the system administrator for the product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, PTC Windchill

Act as the configuration management engineer to develop and implement the process and work flows in the PLM system

Ensure that change management is implemented for all projects in the Reactor Engineering Department

Proficient in the configuration and use of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, etc.

National Reactor Innovation Center (NRIC) Configuration Management Engineer

A minimum of 3 years professional experience, with at least 1 year product development experience.

Experience in defining & documenting chemical formulas, equipment performance specifications and process parameters & control tolerances.

Bachelor of Science or greater with major in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Material Science.

Exposure to CAD software, i.e. Rhino

Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that align with Program Management strategy and goals.

BS degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent technical discipline with 5-10 years of experience that led to increasing levels of responsibilities.

Prior experience successfully working with multiple customers and/or stakeholders in parallel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Identify, evaluate, and recommend innovative methodologies and tools and/or platforms that support strategic initiatives.

Assist with benchmarking activities, including the analysis of trends and report out of data systems.

Manage and direct processes and R&D to meet the needs of our AI strategy

Understand agency and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions

Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements

Manage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape

Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions

Experience with ML, deep learning, NLP

Certifications relating to technical product management, quality control, machining, or specific fabrication techniques

Communicate with cross-functional teams with a wide range of skills and experience.

Create training and educational materials for design and fabrication techniques that utilize Scale Shop equipment.

Experience in setting up engineering design reviews and control systems.

Experience drafting and interpreting technical drawings with GD&T.

Experience preparing and reviewing Gerber files

Strong project management skills and experience with project management software.

Manage the innovation budget and resources, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Establish and manage project timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Experience working with systems, organizations, and individuals at all levels to analyze, map, and ideate interventions for widespread systems change

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire others to embrace innovation.

BS in Computer Science or equivalent job-related experience.

Expert level coding skills in at least one language, such as Python, Ruby, or Go.

8+ years building distributed & scalable software and systems.

The ability to drive the thought leadership program for all things in Public Cloud.

Quickly evaluate and prototype potential technical integrations to build consensus and executive buy-in.

Expert level understanding in some of the following: Service mesh (like Istio), container orchestration (like Kubernetes) etc.

Exceptional project management, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Lead day-to-day project management execution.

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Manage a portfolio of multiple innovations across Personal Care Categories that will accelerate the growth of the Suave business.

Manage the end-to-end commercialization process efficiently, striving for speed and accuracy across all products and all channels.

Proactively manage potential issues and drive to a resolution with cross functional teams.

Experience in entrepreneurship, start-up management, and/or other educational programming in the innovation space.

Experience with Inteum software or related innovation management software/tools for reporting, data management, and intellectual property tracking.

A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

J.D. or an equivalent combination of education and experience, or other advanced education in the Social Sciences/Humanities.

Familiarity or experience working with patents, copyrights, or licensing (including as obtained in a paralegal/legal secretary context, or similar relevant experience).

Demonstrated knowledge of state, federal, university, and agency regulations and guidelines for research administration and compliance with federal regulations and policies.

Strong critical thinking and project management skills

Demonstrates excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & Oracle software a plus

1 to 3 years of experience (relevant internship experience will also be considered)

Practical knowledge of CAD (Rhino)
