Information Technology Communications Manager Jobs

4-year degree from an accredited university; or equivalent experience, training, and certifications

Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Formal and informal presentation skills

Experience working in or on behalf of (i.e., consulting) a large-scale, global enterprise strongly preferred

Identifies needs and then develops, manages, and maintains communication plans for the organization across internal towers (TSSC, Field Operations, etc.)

Manages and implements work and projects as assigned.

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Workday, Project Management Certification preferred

Define annual plans, projects, delivery schedules, and report progress to business partners and IT management, including oversight of existing systems

Demonstrated effective leadership of enterprise software management and leading an IT organization in a complex business environment preferred

Manage outsourced IT services with supplier relations for services including infrastructure, applications, hardware, software and other related services.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline with 8 years of related experience required

Change communications. Lands changes within team in close collaboration with other change management efforts and processes.

Video and podcast management. Collaborates on storytelling, video/podcast production, and editing, working closely with team.

Viva/Yammer Team Social engagement. Develops content, cadence, and analytics.
