Educational background in Industrial Design; and experience designing product to production, in consumer products or consumer electronics industry preferred

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent time management

Experience with all phases of the design process, including trend research, design strategy, concept development, and manufacturing execution

Must possess some knowledge of manufacture engineering, including molding techniques (injection), blow molding, rotocast, compression, plastics, printing basics

Must possess some knowledge of 3D digital modeling, Illustrator, Photoshop

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations regarding safety standards

All-star sketching and rendering skills

3D experience is a plus – Modo, Gravity Sketch

Create a portfolio project that will consist of sketches, renderings, models, and prototypes

Work with your mentor to learn all aspects of footwear design and development

Hybrid Work Environment - In office 3 days a week

Proficiency in Illustrator is a must

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or in an analytical discipline or equivalent experience

Basic skills in Publix Warehouse Management and/or Transportation Management systems

Basic skills in Database Management Systems (DB2, Informix, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Cloud, and ODBC Connectivity)

Good organizational and time management skills

One year of IT or business systems support experience

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Solving routine problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents.

AA and 10 years of relevant experience -OR-

HS/GED and 12 years of relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly tuned organizational skills, with the ability to organize oneself.

7+ years of post-graduate, professional design experience. Ideally, some experience leading/mentoring designers.

Good mechanical and structural aptitude, and knowledge of various materials and their associated manufacturing processes.

Strong sketching and 2D communication skills

SolidWorks, OnShape, Rhino, Sketchbook Pro, Adobe skills are a big plus

Support designers to be the best that they can be.

Administer project setup in financial system, project management application.

Document actions in project management application.

1-3 years administrative support, office management or equivalent

Act as central information source by maintaining, communicating, and distributing project details in conjunction with company and client requirements.

Research, compile, process and coordinate project data e.g. data entry, report generation, metrics collection.

Prepare project invoices and work with the Project Managers and Accounts Receivable team with analysis and tracking of client invoices.

Demonstrates planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work.

Works with field management to ensure the protection of finished work.

Tradesperson or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

Reviews prime contract and subcontract details for specifications and requirements.

Reviews the project specifications and identifies quality requirements.

Identifies and discerns root causes associated with nonconformances and reports to the project team and quality manager.

Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.

Maintains technical expertise and procedural knowledge

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (May be required).

Present design progress with management and IDUX Director.

Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience

Experience in developing medical devices or regulated products a plus

Experience in multidisciplinary product development a plus

Assist team in client interaction and preparation.

Assist IDUX Director in crafting sales and marketing collateral.

Acts as customer point-of-contact throughout work management process by receiving and responding to customer phone calls and emails.

Applied knowledge of design and construction standards and requirements

Develops construction job packages specifying material, equipment and labor requirements for each job.

Extensive background and expertise in utility-scale distribution planning or utility construction experience

Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of Electric Line Extension Policy and Gas Line Extension Policy

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision with experience in making independent decisions and recommendations
