Ice Cream Worker Jobs in Utah

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Foodservice Manager, or manager-on-duty.

Prepare a variety of food items utilizing a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to griddle, fryer and stovetop.

Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served.

Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

Assist in stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, cooking equipment and refrigeration equipment.

Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements

Effective written communication skills, including legibility

Any previous food manufacturing experience

Follow all safety procedures including wearing all required personal protective equipment

Effectively and safely operate and maintain the assigned machine and all related equipment to ensure all daily orders are met

Complete safety observations when assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Knowledge of products served including ice cream, toppings, candy, etc.

Possess excellent verbal communication skills and very customer orientated, and independent individuals required.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, be a multi-tasker, and have excellent inter-personal skills

Provide prompt and courteous service to guests in a professional manner

Maintain a clean work environment and daily maintenance of Ice cream parlor and dining area
