2+ years of relevant processing or engineering experience, preferably in the food industry.

Experience operating in regulations (such as FDA), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as well as Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).

Possess basic technical knowledge of processing and scale up in foods a plus.

Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills within cross-functional teams and with outside customers.

Working knowledge of experimental design, root cause analysis and problem solving techniques.

Assess feasibility of new ideas and troubleshoot activities where formulation knowledge is essential.

Strong working knowledge of experimental design root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lead and coordinate the R&D activities to deliver the brand’s program, ranging from innovation, renovation, quality improvement and margin enhancement.

Lead the technical discussions in cross functional meetings and represent the R&D view for the project team.

Conduct technical risk assessments and provide recommendations on risk mitigation plans

Bachelors degree required with 7-10 years of relevant finance and business experience required.

Experience in more than core finance areas including Brand, Supply Chain, Customer & Channel Development, Planning & Analysis, Controllers preferred.

Internal controls & Project Management

Manage and develop 2- direct reports.
