Previous project management experience preferred

Strong organization and/or project management skills

A background in revenue management and/or pricing is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

Ensures compliance with all customer and airline service requirements by maintaining performance on customers as specified in the contract.

Develops along with Operations, standard processes to ensure customer deliverables requirements are met

Good organizational and time management skills are a required in order to handle multiple issues.

Estimating job costs and developing scope for proposals requires takeoff skills be develop.

Strong math and analytical skills are required.

Using third party software, prepare load calculations to determine cooling and heating requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well with a variety of personality types.

Good technical knowledge in HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.

Familiarity with all HVAC MFG’s, HVAC principles, and operation of energy management systems

Provides knowledge and consultation to customers for solutions and financial performance,

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to speak in small and large group environments

5 yrs experience in the HVAC industry with 4 yrs experience in sales.

Identifies potential opportunities with new and existing customers,

Gathers and validates preliminary information and performs facility walkthrough, plan review, etc,
