Track certifications and Talent Profiles in LMS
Support all administrative and procedural actions including the preparation of job postings, interview logistics and offer letters
Manage the payment of vendors each month/quarter
Manage the Human Resources pages in SharePoint, SEACORP’s intranet site for employees

Assist with on-call responsibilities including some weeknight and weekend commitment
Assist with recruiting efforts in AppStack, Indeed and in person at various organizations
Assist with interviewing and hiring of applicants

Assist with unemployment compensation and worker’s compensation
Log and monitor all activities in the current software system including Applicants, Care Pros, and Clients

This includes performing a variety of tasks related to the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining recruitment records. The Human Resources Recruiting Assistant must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the recruitment process. The Human Resources Recruiting Assistant will also be responsible for creating and updating job postings, responding to inquiries from potential candidates, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
