Experience utilizing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

One (1) year of experience performing professional-level Human Resource duties and responsibilities.

Two (2) years of experience performing professional-level Human Resource duties and responsibilities.

Ability to learn new skills, synthesize and apply knowledge from diverse disciplines

Review and approve letters of offer.

Respond to inquiries from DAS-HRE staff, employees, and applicants regarding education and experience requirements.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Provide consultation on selective certifications, essential functions, and competencies.

Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Effective interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels.

2-4 years of Human Resources experience required

Critical thinking and Problem-solving skills

SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred

Current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes three years of full-time work performing technical human resources work.

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree.
