Human Resources Generalist Onsite Jobs in Idaho

Works in conjunction with the Recruitment team related to: job postings, offer letter preparation, job description preparation and hiring manager interface.

Assists with performance management process and manager coaching.

Supports key compliance initiatives on an ongoing basis and drafts required employee / manager communication.

Manages administration of workers’ compensation claims and follow up on open claims.

Manages ad-hoc reporting and associated analysis and reconciliation of data as needed to ensure compliance with state, federal and location regulations.

3-5 years of Human Resources experience

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employee relations practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of customer service skills

5 to 7 years' experience

Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources (allow equivalent)

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
