Manages and addresses issues related to employee performance management including pre-disciplinary meetings with supervisors, investigations, investigative hearings, and progressive disciplinary processes.
Build and sustain robust programs for employee orientation, onboarding, talent retention, training and professional development, and performance management.
Apply experience and strategic Human Resources practitioner skills with a strong understanding of HR best practices;
Develop and/or enhance appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the College;
Education: a Master’s degree required; Human Resources certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive.
