Complete HR projects including HR Assessments, policies and employee handbooks, employee surveys, performance management programs, and others customized to clients.

Offer strategic guidance and advice to clients on employment and HR issues.

Seven years of human resources generalist experience.

HRCI or SHRM certification desired but not required.

Strong skill in using advanced Microsoft excel features including pivot tables, charts, database connections, and complex, nested formulas.

Skill in presentation and training, to include providing technical human resources information to non-technical groups or attendees.

Human Resources Data Analytics and Reporting Manager.

Use advanced data analysis techniques to interpret and analyze large data sets providing insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
