Multiple years direct experience in multi-jurisdictional HR compliance relative to compensation, employee health & welfare benefits, and/or employment regulations.
In-depth knowledge and experience with multijurisdictional HR Compliance
Conduct, manage, and oversee internal audits.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Paralegal Studies, Finance or a related field is preferred.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Detail and deadline oriented, with strong problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.

They are also responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to employee performance, compensation, and benefits. This includes researching and analyzing labor market trends, developing and maintaining job descriptions, and creating and maintaining employee records. They must also ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they may be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Job Skills Required
