Hospital Based Social Worker Jobs in Illinois

Must hold a PEL Certification with a Social Worker or School Support personnel endorsement.

Knowledge of products, program methodology, services, features and benefits

Revises or adopts work processes to support change management

Assists with developing cost/ benefit analysis with support

Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge

Be a subject matter expert on the team with broad process knowledge to suggest and influence change.

Subject matter knowledge of state and federal insurance laws and regulations (preferred)

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills due to high performance environment

Knowledge of insurance related websites

Bachelors Degree OR equivalent experience

Effective time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree with finance/mathematic/economics related major

1 or more years of related financial analysis experience

Problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex data driven problems

Ability to leverage mathematical and statistical skills to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data
