Rn Hospice Home Care Jobs in Maine

Proven selling and customer relationship management skills with the ability to navigate a sales process to include stakeholders/partners.

Bachelor's in Business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Educating physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and other healthcare partners on the life-changing benefits of hospice care

Coordinating public education and communication efforts to increase community outreach

No on-call requirement - (CHI partnering with IntellaTriage, who will utilize clinicians to triage on-call needs)

Document timely, accurately, and at the point of care using a tablet, including OASIS assessments, SOC/Admissions, recertification’s, physician orders, etc.

One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required

Intuitive knowledge of technology and comfortable with smartphones, tablets, virtual reality, interactive software and artificial intelligence

Flexible schedules. Work week days or Weekends only - The ability to create your own work schedule.

Supervise caseload including LPN’s and Home Health Aides. Facilitate care coordination with PRN staff when care is provided for caseload.
