5-10 years of relevant industry experience Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of knowledge and experience in the renewable energy industry; solar PV project development and/or construction preferred

Bachelor of Science in related field of work; Construction Management, Engineering or related

Coordinate Development efforts to align with Structured Finance obligations.

Understand philosophy of management and owner. Displays consistent attention to detail and follow through of all restaurant policies.

Minimum 1-2 years of coffee service experience. Knowledge of hospitality service, food and beverage.

Recognize or seek areas for staff and restaurant improvement and offer positive solutions for change.

Operate within the restaurant on a daily basis with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.

Extensive coffee and tea knowledge highly preferable

Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines

2+ years of hands-on experience in the energy industry in a technical or quantitative role (finance, sales engineering, consulting, etc)

Experience with conducting market research analyses or project finance

Leverage industry contacts and networking abilities to drive forward strategic partnerships with other companies

Identify product requirements for Stem’s battery energy storage solutions to capture prioritized market opportunities

Research and interpret market rules and regulations to define requirements for storage operation in new markets

Experience leading the product management or product marketing organization within both growth-stage and established energy company environments

Represent Stem’s BTM offerings and capabilities in customer and partner settings, trade venues, other industry forums

Demonstrated knowledge of multiple functional areas, including engineering, sales, customer operations, finance, and marketing

Services offerings that provide complements to the above and utilize our growing suite of technology/software offerings

Defining and validating the financial performance of Stem’s solutions that meet or exceed the customer’s requirements

Integration of Stem’s software and service offerings with select OEM solar and storage solutions that will deliver the customer’s objectives

Recent college graduate with B.S. or B.A. in Math, Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

This is an hourly position starting at $16.30

Six (6) months of food service experience

Experience working in a similar resort setting

Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries

Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed

Responsible for set‐up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas

Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets
