Effectively process and manage individual working pipeline. Ensure quality loan files and meet member service level expectations.

Analyze and validate documentation in accordance with applicable mortgage lending requirements and internal lending policies.

Proficient knowledge of financial products, services, policies and regulatory guidelines related to mortgage products is preferred.

Prior Home Equity processing and disbursement experience is preferred.

2+ years of mortgage processing experience is required.

Basic computer skills - Knowledge of Windows including Word and Excel

Previous experience in a Collections role with heavy skip tracing responsibilities

Ability to independently manage their time daily to ensure productivity and goals are met

Strong negotiation skills – Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial arrangements with the customer

Skip tracing skills - Ability to utilize various skip tracing tools (where applicable)

3+ years collection or relevant experience (automotive preferred)

Independently maintains a portfolio size of 100+ loans by meeting all investor, departmental and company guidelines.

Works directly with Borrower Advocate team on loss mitigation follow up’s, approval, or denials.

Intermediate MS Excel skills are required; MS Access knowledge is a plus.

5 years auto finance experience preferred
