Coordinates, assigns, and notifies appropriate on-call Team Member and management of Weekend/Holiday schedule under the direction of management.

Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Clinical Practice.

Responsible for maintaining ongoing and accurate communication with Team Member and Manager of Clinical Practice regarding patient visit schedules.

Ensures prompt scheduling of emergent/as-needed visits as directed by the Manager of Clinical Practice.

Exhibits exemplary interpersonal relationship skills, written, and verbal communications.

Three to Five years’ relevant experience - required
