5 - 7+ years of professional Landscape Architecture experience

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and self-edit work

Knowledge of technical detailed design and construction methods and practices

Licensed Landscape Architect / CLARB Certification

Knowledge of sustainability principles, methods, and practices

Experience with advanced modeling and analysis software (e.g. Revit, Grasshopper3D, ArcGIS)

Demonstrate proven professional level experience performing landscape architectural services

Habitat restoration or biological field experience or applicable education and training.

Prior experience and knowledge of natural resources, environmental policy, design, land development, fieldwork using GPS, and landscape construction.

0 - 3 years of landscape architecture experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to edit technical documents

Possesses knowledge of local ecology, plant communities, hydrology, and soils; knowledge of and ability to identify native and non-native plant species.

Perform construction observations and prepare punch list field reports for restoration and other landscape implementation projects.

3-5 years professional experience in a landscape architecture office

Strong problem solving, critical thinking skills, analysis

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience with schematic design, design development, and construction documents

Additional experience with the following is desirable:

Attention to detail and organization

Knowledge of construction drawing standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements

Strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage one’s own time

5-7 years of professional experience

At least 2 years experience working on landscape projects

Experience in all phases of design (Schematic Design through Construction Administration)

Experience with built projects or projects currently under construction

a licensed Landscape Architect with 6-10 years of related work experience

You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and are licensed in California.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

L Typing and data entry skills

Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Detail oriented and organizational skills are a must

Basic computer software knowledge (Outlook and Microsoft Office a must)
