Work Environment And Physical Requirements

April-September: 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri) 7am-11am or 3pm-7pm depending on operational needs.

Familiarity with personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of or interest in historic skillsets ranging from skills such as fibercraft, historic cooking, blacksmithing, printing, and/or similar others.

Experience working with audiences from children to seniors in informal or formal learning environments.

Knowledge of and interest in Greeley, Weld County, and Colorado history.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in third-person interpretation techniques.

Will be required to move, bend, twist, and stoop in performance of job duties.

Assists with recruiting, screening, hiring and assigning employees for the purpose of filling openings with qualified personnel.

Experience with cross-organizational project management and collaboration across diverse teams (i.e. data, product, regional site), and strong customer service orientation

Provide excellent customer service by collaborating closely with regional teams on New Site systems, materials, templates and project management.

Develop and enhance HEP related systems and tools to support central and regional execution including the Higher Education Game Plan.

Develop and enhance New Site related systems and tools to project manage new site planning.

Conduct research on potential new sites and new regions including analysis of higher education data, geography, employer landscape and philanthropic opportunities.
