0 – 2 years (Level I) of related experience (health sciences, biology degree).

Clinical trials support or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Experience/exposure to feasibility roles preferred

Experience using external Clinical Trial Databases (e.g. Citeline).

Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets

Perform data discovery utilizing internal and external data sources that might include claims processing or

State healthcare systems and build data models to integrate data from multiple sources.

Provide fundamental analytical support to the organization by developing and promoting consistent analytical methodologies.

Design and model data extractions and provide comprehensive assessments of trends and data.

Manage intake of data from internal and external sources

Understand the business requirements of the use of the data

Healthcare or Worker's Compensation industry experience highly preferred

2-5 years of experience with data analytics

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI

Strong communication skills to be able to influence others with the story of what you’re seeing in the data

Must have experience in evaluating data provided by cost estimators to create overall cost versus benefit assessment

Experience with software acquisition evaluationwhile considering functional benefits, technical performance, risks, and schedule concerns

5+ years of professional work experience

Must have experience in standing up AWS and Azure instances

Must have some application and infrastructure testing experience

Must have strong investigative and analytical skills, critical thinking and be detail-oriented

Previous experience as analyst, leading requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

Strong skills in user requirements elicitation and process definition for application in technology solutions.

3+ years of experience with data informatics in the biopharma space

1+ year of experience as an Senior Analyst supporting a Sales/Commercial Operations team

Knowledgeable of industry standards and best practices, with a problem-solving mindset.
