Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Data Informatics/Data Informatics Analysts for a remote position with a dynamic company in the Biosimilars field.


This position requires data informatics experience in the biopharma space.


This role will perform data analysis, data modeling and data extraction for sales and patient data to support sales teams, payer teams, patient services, and financial budgeting, and KPI monitoring.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with IT support to maintain and evolve the architecture for feeding data to the reporting tools.
  • Create charts and figures for meetings.
  • Identify key data elements needed to support reporting requests and work with internal teams to create them.
  • Support special projects or needs that may involve application-specific reporting needs.
  • Analyze and interpret sales/patient data, trends, and reports and partnering with the commercial leadership team to deliver recommendations or refinements to strategies and tactics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain database metrics, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curate and clean externally provided data prior to inputting into analytic models.
  • Establish system applications and/or tools used to record, organize, store, secure, and access data.


WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as analyst, leading requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Knowledgeable of industry standards and best practices, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong skills in user requirements elicitation and process definition for application in technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with data informatics in the biopharma space
  • Ability to work well on concurrent projects.
  • 1+ year of experience as an Senior Analyst supporting a Sales/Commercial Operations team


EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, information technology, or related industry
