Deep knowledge of risk management.

Extensive experience in equities mid freq trading, with a proven track record of success in a quantitative trading environment.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of the market structure, market microstructure, and trading strategies.

Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring quantitative traders or trading teams in a commodities trading environment.

Lead and manage a team of quantitative traders focused on commodities trading, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Proficiency in quantitative research, data analysis, and statistical modeling, with experience in utilizing programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Develop and execute trading strategies for commodities, including futures, options, and other derivatives, utilizing quantitative models and algorithms.

Drive the research and development of new trading ideas, leveraging advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to identify market opportunities.

Derivatives focused position with emphasis on scaling and building of a softs portfolio from inception

A minimum of 10 years required with strong P&L track record

Products of interest include: cocoa, coffee, cotton, sugar, rice, wheat, oilseeds, soybeans, livestock

Proven track record of success in FICC trading, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.

Extensive experience with quantitative trading, algorithmic trading, and machine learning methods.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
