Analyze, revamp, and standardize the current talent acquisition process.

Ability to work on complex, organizational projects, programs, and initiatives related the colleague experience, survey strategy/administration, change management and/or culture

Consulting and project management experience with proven results

Experience in vendor selection, management, and contract oversight
