Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience (Industrial) Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Science preferred.

Manage all aspects of a team of managers and individuals: hiring, retaining, training, performance management, and performance execution.

Develop and grow next level of management in Sourcing.

Proven line management track record in high tech, automotive, medical device, aerospace, process industry or equivalent.

Actively manage pro-active improvement programs at suppliers and their n-tiers (Cost, Cycle Time reduction, Delivery Improvement projects).

Effective communication internal and external on all managerial levels required.

10+ years of experience in Sourcing or Category Management in roles of increasing responsibilities

15+ years in total commercial experience (Sourcing, Category Management, etc.)

Drives process and collaboration across category management to establish strategic cost negotiations for Fuel, Fresh, Wine, and General Merchandise.

Drives development of new capabilities and continuous improvement to maximize cost and vendor funding.

Familiarity and experience with Sustainability initiatives

Strong analytical, financial planning, and budgeting experience

Understanding and broad based variety of experience in category procurement, strategic sourcing and vendor management gained in a top procurement organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance, master’s degree is preferred.

At least 10 years of procurement experience of which at least 7 years are in the IT domain.

Experience with Strategic Supplier programs, preferably across multiple geographies

Experience managing Procurement and/or Sourcing, professionals

Preferred: Experience in other indirect procurement categories.

Strong background and work experience in Sourcing and Development

Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

Lead aspects of supplier strategy, cost negotiation, product safety/quality.

Own and foster global vendor relationships.

Deliver on margin goals by driving cost and product development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.

Implement sourcing strategies that maximize value capture and minimize risk with a goal of year-over-year improvement across categories.

Knowledge management: templates, policies, tools, best practices, playbooks

Business, cost management, and quality experience

Sourcing Performance management and analytics (spend, savings, tail spend, value tracking)

Selects and Manages BPO and Advisory partners

Sourcing “brand” manager; marketing and comms

Strong, adaptable written and verbal communication skills

8+ Years of equivalent industry experience in manufacturing environment

International strategic sourcing experience in related industry and has strategic mindset

Experience with power electronics industry

Worked cross-functionally with engineering or has engineering knowledge

Supply Chain certifications are preferred

Lead global strategic sourcing efforts for international manufacturing facilities as well as looking to offshore materials

Proven leadership skills - experience building and leading high performance teams during periods of rapid growth and change

You have an advanced degree in business, technology management, supply chain management or equivalent

You have a 4-year degree or equivalent experience

You have a mix of both large company, high volume experience, coupled with high growth, smaller company experience

Strong executive presence and ability to operate on a strategic level with top-level executives from both large and small companies
