Knowledge of all phases of the project management life cycle and software development life cycle

Collaborate with CAO and BU key senior leadership on program management issues

Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

Develop and manage all aspects of program/project engagement, from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members

Develop and deliver reporting, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders

Own budget forecast, management and actuals tracking for in-scope technology spend.

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements including SOX, GxP, HIPAA and GDPR.

Partner with and manage 3rd party vendors for project delivery and operational managed services.

Closely manage and optimize license procurement and provisioning.

Lead and/or coordinate Managed Services and internal techno-functional resources.

10+ years IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in the Life Sciences industry.
