Work experience in a startup environment strongly preferred

Excellent communication and organization skills, and high attention to details

Project management, Continuous Improvement, and financial analysis skills.

Nice to have: Professional qualification/certification from related organizations (CPM, CPSM, APICS).

Act as subject matter expert on GP product capabilities and relevant competitive and adjacent Guided Procurement solutions.

7+ years’ experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.

Experience developing and implementing procurement processes at a high-growth technology company.

10+ years of professional experience in Pharma Procurement and/or Analytics and/project management.

Regular updates and reporting to Management Board or Business Executive Leadership

Acts as the CoE (& P&P) SPOC; coordinating Category Management feedback and communicating opportunities to Global CoE

Oversees the Management of Key Supplier Relationships in coordination with Category Leads

Coordinates and consolidates Risk Management activity

Diplomatic skills to influence others at all levels of the business and manage relationships with internal clients

Identify and complete transaction tasks that require special handling or expediting to produce compliant customs entry processing.

Proactively communicate to clients the status of their shipments.

Coordinate the release of goods from the carrier, customs or other governmental agency examinations that may be required.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Excellent project management capability and experience of successfully delivering results in a dynamic environment

Ensure appropriate governance and risk management

Experience of successfully leading teams, able to demonstrate experience building internal capability, coaching, and facilitating skills development

Lead the central indirect sourcing team to ensure that the total cost of the portfolio is managed efficiently and effectively

Degree calibre with breadth and depth of purchasing and negotiation experience

Experience of influencing across all stakeholder groups, and of senior leadership decision making

7 years of experience in drayage operations

Strong knowledge of drayage regulations and industry trends
