Completes additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, and serving food items

Cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment

Practices excellent food safety and sanitation practices

Operates a variety of kitchen equipment.

Stocks, dates, rotates, and checks temperature of product

Assist management in maintaining quality standards by reporting any problems or concerns in your area

Strong written and verbal communication skills

6 months full service restaurant experience required

Maintain extensive knowledge of all animals in exhibit to answer guest questions

At least 18 years of age

Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility

Assist managers with daily duties such as scheduling of stations

Previous hospitality experience preferred, at least one-year host position in the Macon, GA area preferred
